Jesse Davis has a vivacious personality. He's the kind of person who becomes your best friend the moment you meet him. As a yoga teacher, Jesse's classes range from powerful strength building classes to slow balance work, but they are always dynamically in line with his congenial personality.
Jesse's six + years of steady practice before entering his yoga teacher training encourages Jesse to say that he is a “work in progress.” He completed his 200 hour Teacher Training in November of 2015 and began sharing this love of yoga immediately.
Jesse wants yoga to be accessible to everyone; he hopes that physical limitations can be overcome in yoga on and off the mat. Through yoga and mindfulness Jesse explores both the body and mind.
