Jesse Shroyer loves to make her classes light-hearted and joyful, weaving in super fun playlists to add to the flow. Her goal is to make each class approachable to every student knowing the philosophy and lifestyle of yoga always shows up outside of the studio.
Jesse had an on and off yoga practice for years and after college began a regular practice. After several fun, yet stressful, years in the corporate world of business development and government affairs, she developed celiac disease which led to extreme weakness and anxiety. Jesse's yoga teacher, Kelly Smith Colln, gently encouraged her back to yoga, where her practice on the mat began to help improve her life off the mat.
As a cheerleading choreographer and camp instructor for over a decade Jesse realized she could translate some of those skills to teaching yoga. She completed her 200 - RYT Certification through the Kansas City Yoga Teacher Training in January 2015.
You can find her and Rosa the Dog around town in parks, listening to live music and on patios often. Find out more about Jesse at www.AllergictomyLife.com.
