Karlee Golightly is a yoga teacher and registered dietitian who specializes in Vinyasa yoga, practical nutrition and donut-eating. She is passionate about making yoga accessible to all, and she understands the importance of using breath and movement that encourage a happier and healthier you.
While a nutrition job first catapulted her move to Kansas City, it wasn't until she completed her RYT-200 yoga teacher training in September of 2016 that she felt at home.
Karlee aims to spread this feeling of home and make every class refreshing, relatable and rejuvenating. She is a firm believer in the power of mindful nutrition, joyful movement, adventure and doggie kisses.
