Kelly Gough


Kelly Gough's style is eclectic; weaving Power yoga and Yin into Vinyasa Flow as well as Ashtanga Vinyasa. Her goal of each class is to assist students in discovering their deepest potential and connection to self in this sacred space we create on the mat, whether in asana, pranayama or meditation.

Kelly received her 500-RYT from InBody Academy under the direction of D’ana Baptiste.  She has had the privilege to learn from many wonderful teachers including D’ana Baptiste, Lucinda Dillon, Christie Burnette, Mitchelle Bleir, Kaycee Dunfield, Micah Scholes, and Jonny Kest.
