Want to have the experience of a Yoga Retreat but aren't up for packing (stressful), leaving your family (sad) and grabbing the next flight out of town (expensive)?
Westport Yoga KC offers the chance to do it all: retreat, restore and re-fresh your Soul Space during our Saturday Stay-cation Yoga Retreat. Our Saturday schedule of classes is designed perfectly for YOUR day of yoga and self-care.
We'll start with an exclusive morning meditation session to center and open our Soul Space for self-reflection and top it off with fresh pressed juice. Then, we'll participate in Westport Yoga's famed Hatha Yoga class to build heat, confidence and strength. After a few minutes to grab a snack and drink, it's back to the practice room for luxurious stretching in our Gentle Practice Class. Then, we'll cozy up with tea and blankets to savor Westport Yoga's life-affirming Restore and Meditate Practice, which is relaxation at its finest. You'll even get your very own, handmade lavender eye pillow to assist in your total relaxation. To end the day, our group will reflect on techniques for creating Soul Space in our daily lives and practice self-massage with an exclusive essential oil aromatherapy blend that you get to take home! I mean, can your day get any better than this?
