This workshop will explore the fundamentals of an inversion practice. After strengthening the core, we will open the shoulders, and build shoulder stability. This practice will build your confidence and offer you a fresh perspective. A beginners guide to Headstand, Shoulderstand, and Forearm balance, you’ll receive direct feedback and one on one assistance. You’ll leave feeling empowered, grounded and prepared to add inversions into your practice.
